Feature Highlight: Warranty
The Warranty Module allows you to record and track all warranty-related transactions customer-wise. Key details include:
- Make/Brand
- Product ID/SKU
- Model No.
- Serial/Part No.
- Warranty Start & End Date
- Warranty Period & Type
- Support and SLA Response Time
- You can now Save as Draft or Submit warranty records.
- The warranty module helps to record and track all the warranty related transactions.
- Please refer to user manual updated in the sub-menu should you have any confusion.
Feature Highlight: Warranty Report
The Warranty Report enables you to generate customized reports based on:
- Date Range
- Resource Code/Name/Category
- Make/Brand
- Product ID/SKU
- Model No.
- Customer
- Warranty Type
- Support & SLA Response Time
- Warranty and Expiry Status
Reports can be exported in PDF and Excel formats.
Feature Highlight: Customer Premises Asset (CPA)
The CPA Module records all customer premises assets under Movable Assets with detailed descriptions. It captures:
- Receipt Type (Delivered / Returned)
- Resource Code/Name
- Make/Brand, Model No., Serial/Part No.
- Product ID/SKU
- Batch/Lot No.
- MAC Address
- Status & Reason
The module includes CPA Acknowledgement Reports and supports Save as Draft or Submit.
